The Challenge

Jackeroo have an established boutique shop in Cheltenham. To compliment their thriving local shop, they also had a Wix site which allowed them to showcase their range of products.

Jackeroo were getting a growing number of requests from customers to sell online, so that they could buy more of their products whenever and wherever they wanted.

Jackeroo setup Shopify in order to sell their products. However, with so much on their plate, they lacked the time to develop the site.

Jackeroo needed a web design company who had the capacity and expertise to get them up and running on Shopify and allow their customers to buy online with ease.

They turned to Factory Pattern who helped them do everything from Theme and App setup, to the nitty gritty of setting up website tracking tools (e.g. Google Analytics). We also set them up with Klaviyo email marketing - to ensure they could sell online and market their site successfully.

The Solution

A review of the current Wix site was carried out, in order to ensure all the correct data was migrated properly. This ensured the transition from Wix to Shopify helped them to retain their Organic Traffic.

To ensure that all product data was imported into the site, we connected their Epos system with the Shopify site. This integration ensured all products were controlled from one place and could easily be uploaded to their Shopify site automatically. This saves over 1300 hours in admin time.

We then worked closely with Jackeroo to understand their brand and ensure the site’s design provided a customer experience that matched the personal experience that Jackeroo provided in their boutique shop in Cheltenham.

With a site design that provided a great user experience, we developed the Shopify theme and setup the entire site including App installation, Google Analytics setup and more.

And finally, to help with digital marketing, we setup Klaviyo and designed and developed automated email campaigns which integrated with the site and helped to continually push sales via email marketing.

The Outputs

The new Shopify website for Jackeroo resulted in a 229% increase in ecommerce conversions.
Since working with Factory Pattern, Jackeroo’s traffic has increased by 81% and their email audience has grown 64% within just 3 months.
